Below is an outline of what to expect on both the 4 day and 7 day retreats.
4 Day Retreats
These are held at Iona Beach House, East Wittering, West Sussex.
Dates available - 11-14th Feb, 11-14th March 2011
Iona Beach House is a beautiful home found in the centre of the village, only about 100 yards from the stunning award-winning beaches of East & West Wittering. This venue is superb for walking, either along the beach itself or along the Chichester harbour estuary, with stunning views of the South Downs in the distance.
Treatments -As well as the juices, broth, meditation and yoga etc, you will receive 3 treatments included in the price. The treatments vary dependant on the retreat site but can include:
- Homeopathy
Structural Rebalancing
Reflexology
Detox Aromatherapy Massage
Aqua Detox
Colonic Irrigation
Skin brushing, hydrotherapy and zapping for parasites are also suggested to support the detoxification process.
Other treatments available at an extra cost are:

7 Day Retreats
These are held at Iona Beach House, East Wittering, West Sussex.

Iona Beach House is a beautiful home found in the centre of the village, only about 100 yards from the stunning award-winning beaches of East & West Wittering. This venue is superb for walking, either along the beach itself or along the Chichester harbour estuary, with stunning views of the South Downs in the distance.
The 7 day retreat is a much deeper tissue cleanse, and to promote this we use various supplements and herbs and a full colon cleanse programme, as well as the juices, yoga and meditation etc.
There are 6 treatments included on the 7 day retreat. The treatments vary dependant on the retreat site but can include those listed above.

Arrival and Depature information
Retreats take place at Iona Beach House (& sometimes other venues)
By Car
Iona Beach House is situated 15 minutes south of Chichester, just off the A286 that runs through West Wittering village.When approaching Chichester you will usually do so via the A27 - part of the Chichester by-pass.
The Witterings are signposted on the A27. Full directions will be sent to you upon booking.
By Train
The nearest train station is in Chichester. If you let us know your arrival time we will come and pick you up if we are available. If not, there are taxis at the station.
Arrival and Depature information
The 4 day retreat starts with your arrival at 11am on the first day, and you will be departing at 4.30pm on the fourth day after your third juice.
The 7 day retreat normally starts with your arrival at 3.30pm, in time for the afternoon juice, and finishes on the final morning, after you have been re-introduced back to food at break-fast time.
