Elsewhere is a hidden gem in the soft white sands of Goa. Four simple, charming villa style houses sit serenely in their beachfront location masked by palm trees and surrounded by glorious wildlife. The villas are full of shabby chic style and are so secret that their exact location is kept under wraps until you confirm your booking.
Definitely the most secluded retreat location we've found to date, a real adventurers paradise in a discreet part of gorgeous Goa.
The villas are run like a little hotel, with housekeeping and a dining shack area
where you order food from a menu and pay for what you order at the end
of your stay. The cost of a meal per person is approximately 3 UK Pounds
Sterling depending on what you order. You can rent these stunning beachfront hideaways for a minimum period of one week, however, we may be flexible depending on our booking situation.

The Captain's House

This house has 3 bedrooms each opening onto a balcony. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share a common bathroom. The house is situated on the stunning beachfront and has an open sit out area, a small pantry for heating water, milk, lockable luggage room and an iPod docking station.
A maximum of six guests - two per bedroom in a double bed (not twin beds), can occupy the Captain's House. One extra child below 10 years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost. One of the bedrooms has a mini bar and refrigerator stocked with drinks. It also has tea and coffee making facilities and an Ipod docking station.
The Piggery

This house can be rented out as a 2 bedroom house only. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and each bedroom opens onto a balcony.There is no living room or other common rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and one of the bedrooms also benefits from a mini bar and refrigerator stocked with drinks. It also has tea and coffee making facilities and an Ipod docking station.
A maximum of four guests - two per bedroom in a double bed (not twin beds), can occupy the Piggery. One extra child below 10 years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost.
The Bakery

This is the only house that has 2 independent bedrooms that can be rented out individually. Hence you have the choice to book either one bedroom or both. There is no living room or other common rooms but each room does have air conditioning. The rooms are on opposite sides of the house so there is privacy and no interference or disturbance from the guests in the other room. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony and has its own separate entrance. Each bedroom is self contained with it's own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two in a double bed (not twin beds). Each of the bedrooms also benefit from a mini bar and refrigerator stocked with drinks. It also has tea and coffee making facilities and an Ipod docking station.
A maximum of 2 guests per bedroom, can occupy the Bakery. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. We can provide a camp bed in one of the bedrooms at an additional cost. We can only accept bookings with children 10 years or older in The Bakery.
The Priests House

This house can be rented out as a 3 bedroom house only. The house consists of just 3 bedrooms, each opening onto a balcony. There is no living room or other common rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bathrooms are open to the sky. One of the bedrooms has a mini-bar and refrigerator stocked with drinks. It also has a tea & coffee making machine. iPod docking station.
A maximum of six guests - two per bedroom in a double bed (not twin beds), can occupy the Priest's House. One extra child below 10 years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Please note: All the Beach Houses will be closed from June 1st till Sept 30th for the Monsoon season.
