During the course you will ……
1. Learn to perform Thai Massage from head to feet – the whole body massage – 151 positions – in 5 days!
2. acquire original Thai Massage skills for the benefit of yourself, family and friends.

SCHEDULE
The courses last 5 days, 6 hours a day, with a long break for lunch and exploration of the surrounding countryside. At the end of the course you will receive a TMC certificate confirming you have completed 30 hours training in the Foundations Of Thai Massage.
Each class will start with a short period of meditation to calm the mind and awaken the spirit.
After a demonstration by the teacher the students will get into pairs and practice the first of that days’ techniques – at all times the teacher will ensure your practice is both safe and accurate. During all the days’ activities the teacher will make sure that you understand the reasoning and philosophy that lie behind the techniques.
On the final day you will perform a two hour massage on a fellow student and be presented with a TMC Level One Certificate in Professional Thai Massage! Congratulations!
To help you in your studies you will be provided with a TMC approved manual and relevant physiological literature.
Don’t forget to pack light comfortable clothing to wear during training sessions!
COSTS
The cost of the course (excluding travel) is £675. This is inclusive of food and shared accommodation! The food will consist of five lunches and six dinners, two of the dinners will be at local restaurants. It is possible that due to late cancellations etc. single accommodation might be available at a surcharge - if you would like to be informed if this availability occurs please let us know and we will inform you either by email or text..
Please note that a non refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place on the course.

Travel
Budget flights from the UK to Nice can be very cheap. At the time of writing (January 2011) you can fly by Easyjet (outward flight 3rd April, inwards 9th April) for £56.20!
Airport transfers (from/to Nice Airport) can be arranged for course participants, provided arrival and departure times are not too early in the morning or late in the evening. An airport pick-up or drop-off is charged at €90 per car, divided by the number of passengers, so if there are 4 passengers the cost would be €22.50 each, and if there are 3, it would be €30 each. Alternatively, participants can get the bus to Nice Ville Station and then the train to Ventimiglia, and they can be picked up from there (at €30 per car).
