SurfYogi is set in the most beautiful place with no-one or no houses around for miles, the sea a stone's throw away to our private beach, sea views for as far as the eye can stretch and fields behind us. The accommodation is as amazing as the landscape, with a renovated old farmhouse into 2 cottages attached. One sleeps 8 but there is plenty of space with a living room and kitchen per 2 bedrooms and all with their own bathrooms. Next door the cottage sleeps 4 in a double or twin room with a shared bathroom and private living space with woodburner and kitchen. A very cosy space ideal for a group of friends or family.
If you feel more adventurous then try staying in the eco pods, rounded wooden structures insulated with sheeps wool and kitted out with gas lamps and matresses to stay cosy...enjoy the sea views from your vry own balcony.
The yoga space is next door which is a converted barn, converted especially to be used as a yoga space so light and clear, a truly relaxing place to enjoy your yoga practice.
Enjoy yoga in the morning and then the day is yours to be as active or relaxed as you like. We can arrange for you to go surfing with our fantastic surf school, or try coasteering or climbing. If non of these appeal and you want to simply relax and enjoy the coastal walks, the seaside towns and beaches or the cosy farmhouse, then this is what you must do!
Delicious vegetarian foods all low in toxins and super healthy, feel nourished by vitality foods, yoga and the beautiful Cornish landscape and revitalised by action!

We have decided to run week long yoga retreats in Cornwall due to popular demand. You can stay for just the weekend, or if week days suit you better then come at that time and get a cheaper deal, or if you want ultimate active relaxation stay for the whole week.
Easter Bank Holiday yoga surf retreat: Friday 6th - Friday 13th April 2012 (3nights only) £300pp in eco pod £395pp in the farmhouse
JuneJubilee Bank holiday yoga and surfing retreat: Friday 1st -Friday 8th June 2012 (3 night weekend, 4 day week or 7 night week stay options)
IntermediateYogi weekend retreat: Friday 9th - Monday 12th November 2012. Intermediate teacher and theme TBC (you can still go surfing...!)
A typical day in Tregardock Farm
8am – Silent meditation walk to the beach
8.30 – 10.30am – Morning yoga practice
10.30am – Brunch served
11.30am – 5.30pm – Time for surf or do another activity*, walk, have a treatment, lie on the beach!
6pm – 8pm – Evening yoga practice
8pm – Dinner
*Activities including surf lessons, sailing, waterskiing etc need to be pre-booked.

3 night stay (weekend): £300pp eco pod, £395pp farmhouse
4 night stay (week day): £295pp ecopod, £325pp farmhouse
7 night stay Friday - Friday) £500pp eco pod, £575pp farmhouse
Price is based on two people sharing a room.
Single supplements are available for an extra 40% per person.
All bespoke treatments and activities are extra.
Travel
Arrive by train to Bodmin and have a pick up by us if you are on the train we suggest you catch. Will update whenfinalised.
If driving, directions will be sent out nearer the time.
Additional Information
We have teamed up with Pete from Surf’s up Surf School, who have the best team to learn surfing in Cornwall. Matthew from Cornish Rock Tors, to bring you all the adrenaline sports on and off the rocks! And the boys at Camel Estuary Ski School if you want to try waterskiing.
Accommodation
You can either choose to stay in the comfort of the converted farmhouse. Or new to Tregardock this year is the addition of three Pods; these are like micro lodges for the camper that loves the outdoors, but without the tent. Take your pick!
