Welcome to Yoga Solari; treat yourself to a restorative week of yoga in Puglia, Southern Italy. Imagine two hours of yoga a day, to energise you to explore the local towns or beaches, an appetite for the fantastic Puglian food, or a total chill by the pool.
Your accommodation will be in our trullo, the traditional and unique architecture of the area. There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Trullo Solari has been fully modernised to provide comfortable, spacious and eco-friendly living, and is surrounded by five acres of olive groves and fruit trees. There is a five by ten metre swimming pool for your use, and plenty of sun terraces and other spots to escape with a book or your thoughts.
The weekly package includes a two hour yoga session for six days, breakfast, lunch and evening meal each day (delicious vegetarian food, organic and home grown where possible) and two half day excursions. Weather permitting, the yoga will be held on a nearby beach one day. On the final evening you are invited to enjoy dinner at a local trattoria.
Massage and reiki treatments are available at the villa.

The cost per week to share a room is 895 / 995 euro (as above).
Single room supplement is 200 euro.
Your yoga holiday at Yoga Solari includes:
- two hours of yoga, six days a week
- all meals and local wine
- luxury accommodation at Trullo Solari, including use of the pool
- two half day exercusions to local towns and beaches
- a pizza cooking evening
- a meal at a local trattoria
- all linen, towels, beach towels, yoga mats, straps and blankets
