Bonkersfrog, Biking Retreat in Limousin - France

We are very aware that there are plenty of holiday packages in the market place today that cater for people who want extreme experiences but we feel that there will be many other people like us that still want a bit of excitement and discovery but want to return from their holiday relaxed, invigorated but still having all your limbs attached and in good order!

Our holidays do require that our guests have a moderate level of fitness and for the cycling holidays know how to ride a bike. Off road experience is not essential but a willingness to try new things is. The terrain is rugged but not rough. The itinerary will be chosen based on the average experience/fitness of the group.

Come and discover the fantastic scenery, friendly locals, interesting history, architecture and of course delightful bistros and bars. We want to share all that we have discovered with you.We are not part of a giant corporation, we offer small group holidays focussing on discovery, activity, relaxation, conversation, experiences and fun with a minimal impact on the environment.

Included in our price is accommodation, guiding, breakfasts, most evening meals, transfers, transport, use of bikes and helmets, hire of canoes and safety equipment and a whole lot of fun.

Additional Information

We try to provide as much equipment for our activities as possible but please do bring a hat, as the weather can get extremely hot in this area, a cagoule would be advisable as well for those summer showers.  Wetsuits are not considered necessary as you would have to be VERY silly to end up in the water accidentally!!
