Retreat Content
Before you begin please make sure that you have drafted the text for your retreat and have it saved in an offline document, you can add the following information about your retreat:

Retreat Images
Adding a retreat requires you to upload at least one image, so please have any images you would like to upload ready and prepared before you start (minimum 250pixels x 250pixels).
To save your retreat you must complete the full process and add the retreat to your basket (the last step before payment), once saved in your shopping basket you can return at any time, amend the retreat advert and when you are satisfied complete payment.
Payment
There are two methods of payment available:
- Direct Payment (Payment via a card) – through the direct payment method we can ONLY accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, and Solo.
- Paypal Express Checkout (This requires you to create a Paypal account unless you already have one)
Through Paypal we can accept a wider range of cards and, if required, we can take payment in your local currency.
What do you get for your money
A Summary Overview (1 photo and 30 word description) is the advert that appears in the search results when people choose a retreat by either type or location. Choose your words wisely, this is the chance to arouse your customers' interest and get them to click through to your main overview.
An Overview of your retreat (suggested length 150 words). This gives potential holidaymakers a full description of your retreat giving you the chance to sell your business and entice customers to spend time relaxing in your company and taking part in the activities they love. This overview will also contain a contact form allowing holidaymakers to contact you directly and to ask about availability.
A Timetable and Pricing section (suggested length 250 words). This allows you to outline what a typical week at your retreat looks like and to let them know prices and any special deals you have for World Retreat customers. This is a chance to encourage people to get in touch, if you can, try to offer a 5 or 10% discount for customers who quote World Retreats when booking.
A Travel section (suggested length 150 words). This means you can give people the all important travel information, inform them of cheap airlines that fly to your region and help to make their journey to you simple and hassle free.
Additional Information (suggested length 50 words). Use this section to tell people if they need to bring any specialist equipment or add your contact details (including phone numbers) so people can contact you direct.
Photo Gallery (up to 10 pictures). Upload pictures of your retreat to capture the imagination of potential guests. As you know a picture speaks a thousand words so make the most of this opportunity to really make your retreat leap off the page. Please note your last photo uploaded will be the one displayed in your Summary Overview.
